Delete Account
You can delete your Terra Incognita account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how it works and which data is affected.
How to delete your account
Option 1: Directly in the app
Open the app and navigate to Settings → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen instructions to delete your account immediately.
Option 2: Via email
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to:
Please use the email address you registered with and write "Delete account" in the subject line. We will confirm the deletion by email.
What data will be deleted?
Upon account deletion, all personal data and game data will be permanently deleted:
- User account (email address, user ID)
- Game progress (map state, revealed areas)
- Resources and building levels
- Exploration history
- Stored step count data
- Premium status
Retention period
When deleting via the app, all data is deleted immediately and irreversibly.
When deleting via email, all data will be completely deleted within 30 days. This period serves as a safety measure in case the request was made accidentally.
Important note about Premium subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account via:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
